For Domestic Shipping (Japan)
Returns, Defective Products, Cancellations, and Exchanges
Defective Products or Incorrect Items
We take every precaution in managing and shipping our products, but if you receive a damaged or soiled item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product. We will immediately replace the item or process a refund. (Shipping and handling fees will be borne by our company.)
If the item you receive is different from what you ordered, we will handle it in the same manner.
Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer Preference (size change, etc.)
Returns: The customer is responsible for all costs, including round-trip shipping fees and actual payment processing fees.
Exchanges: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee to our store. We will bear the cost of shipping the replacement item. (Limited to domestic shipping within Japan.)
Important Notes
- All shoes sold at our store are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. We do not sell shoes without laces.
- We take great care to reproduce colors accurately, but they may appear different depending on your monitor or environment. Please understand that slight color variations are unavoidable.
- For shoes, since they are manufactured by hand, fine adhesive splatters are unavoidable in the manufacturing process. Given the nature of footwear that comes into direct contact with the ground outdoors, please understand that minor adhesions are acceptable.
- For products made from natural leather, since they are processed from natural materials that were once living creatures, slight variations in wrinkles, color, texture, and gloss between individual items and parts are unavoidable. Please understand this as well.
Cases Where Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Cannot Be Accepted
In principle, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for the following items:
- Items ordered specifically for the customer
- Sale-priced items
- Items more than 7 days after delivery
- Items tried on outdoors
For International Shipping
Accidents or Loss During Transportation
As the shipper, our company is responsible. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transportation, we will either ship a replacement item or provide a full refund.

For EU Customers
Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date the item is delivered, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Withdrawal
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
- Any use beyond what is necessary to confirm the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item may result in a deduction of up to 100% of the product value.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for EU customers are borne by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued for the product price only. The following are not refundable:
- Original shipping fees (EMS)
- Import duties, VAT, or customs taxes paid by the customer
- Any loss in value due to use, odor, damage, or missing components
Items Not Eligible for Withdrawal
- Items that have been used beyond simple fitting
- Items returned in a damaged or incomplete condition
- Custom-made or personalized items
