How to ensure you see the latest information on your smartphone

To prioritize display speed, smartphone browsers are designed to store (cache) information from pages you've previously viewed for an extended period. Because of this, the latest information updated by our store may not be displayed.

By clearing your browsing history using the steps below, you can display the latest information.
This will not affect saved passwords or login information for other sites.


📱 For iPhone users (Safari)

  1. Open the "Settings" app on your iPhone
  2. Tap "Safari"
  3. Tap "Clear History and Website Data"
  4. The "Clear by time range" screen will open
  5. Select "All History" (a ✓ checkmark will appear)
  6. You can leave "Close All Tabs" OFF
  7. Tap the red button "Clear History"

※This operation will delete browsing history for all sites, but it will not affect passwords or account information.


🤖 For Android users (Chrome)

[For the latest version of Chrome]

  1. Tap the ⊣○⊢ icon to the left of the address bar on this page
  2. Tap "Cookies and site data"
  3. Tap the trash can icon on the right
  4. Tap "Clear" on the confirmation screen

[For older versions of Chrome]

  1. Tap the 🔒 icon to the left of the address bar
  2. Tap "Site settings"
  3. Tap "Clear data"
