We have been using our original knitwear for many years, but the factory that we had outsourced the production of it has decided to withdraw from the production of knitwear due to the aging of the craftsmen and the issue of successors.
Unfortunately, we will end the sale while stocks last.
There is no additional stock.

Our original Shetland sweaters are woven (knitted) one by one by Japanese craftsmen, not by automated machines, but by hand weaving (knitting) machines to create a unique lightness and fullness. .
Enjoy the soft, light and warm comfort and the beautiful colors with the scent of England.
Our original sweater made with special attention to yarn.
The yarn is a color-mix yarn blended with genuine Shetland sheep wool produced in the Shetland Islands of Scotland.
Multiple colors are intricately mixed to create a harmony of colors.
Fluffy, light, soft to the touch and warm, this is the real Shetland.
Knitting and sewing are done at factories in Japan.
The method of attaching the sleeves is called semi-raglan, a traditional method that takes time and effort to switch from the middle of the shoulder to the diagonal. .
Around the collar, we put a reduction stitch (a method of drawing a smooth curve by reducing the number of stitches) so that the shirt comes out evenly and draws a beautiful curve.
I've been looking for a genuine high-quality Shetland product that can be used for a long time, has a simple and timeless design, and has a reasonable price. This is a project that I started trying to make with the original.
Thanks to everyone involved, we are proud that we have created a very satisfying product.
Please enjoy the British Trad atmosphere that Shetland has ♪
* About size guideline
We have tried to give you a clean silhouette, but please choose with a standard sense.
I am 174cm tall, 60kg in weight, 76cm in waist, and 86cm in sleeve length. I didn't feel short because the sleeves stretched.
※ About washing method
Dry cleaning is recommended, but as long as you don't sweat or get dirty, cleaning once before the end of the season is enough. Normally, remove spilled food and dust, spread out in a well-ventilated place that is not exposed to the sun for about a day (do not use a hanger) and dry in the shade before storing.

Our original Shetland sweaters are made by Japanese craftsmen using traditional manual machines called "hand weaving (knitting) machines" and "horizontal knitting machines" instead of automated machines to create a unique lightness and fullness. Each piece is woven (knitted) with skilled techniques.
(*The manufacturing method is the same, but the thread is for testing purposes and is different from the product.)
◆ Precautions when taking off the sweater This product has adjusted the tension of the stitches to create a fluffy, soft and light weight. If you hold the neck and remove it by lifting it up, the sweater and the joints will be strongly tensioned and lose its shape. It may cause fraying. Cross your arms in front of you, hold the hem, turn it inside out, and lift it up to take it off. |
◆ Daily use and maintenance ・ If you wear it continuously every day, it will become damaged faster due to the accumulation of moisture, making it easier for pilling to occur. ・If you wear it for a day, please let it rest for at least a whole day. ・ If a pill is formed, do not pull it, twist it with your fingers, and cut it with sharp scissors. ・To smooth out wrinkles, apply a pressing cloth and use a steam iron to smooth out the wrinkles. ・ We recommend cleaning once in the off-season so as not to remove too much oil from the wool. ・If food or drink is partially spilled, use a clean towel that has been soaked in lukewarm water or water and tightly wrung out. please ・ Cover wrinkles with a pressing cloth and smooth out with a steam iron. |
◆ About washing and storage methods. Because it is 100% virgin wool, it is a treat for insects. If you store it as follows, you can enjoy it comfortably next season. ・ Dry cleaning is recommended. ・ When washing at home using detergent for wool, be sure to wash by hand (do not knead), dry in a well-ventilated shade, and dry flat so that it looks like dried fish. ・Do not use a dryer as it may cause shrinkage. ・Do not dry (storage) on a hanger, as it will stretch and become a completely different shape. ・ If the product is sent for cleaning, be sure to take it out of the plastic bag and store it after the smell has disappeared. ・ In order to prevent insect bites, it is important not to accumulate moisture and to use insect repellent (insecticide). May it be one of your favorites forever. |
