After receiving the products, we carry out strict inspections based on our company regulations, attach product quality and washing instructions in Japanese in accordance with the Household Goods Quality Labeling Act, and sell them with our own guarantee.
The sale of imported products that do not have Japanese quality labels attached is a violation of the law, and we do not handle them at all.

Products from Command Knitwear and TW Kempton that we handle will be repaired or replaced free of charge for two years from the date of purchase only if the defect is due to a material or manufacturing defect.
Please contact us first and send us the warranty card and tag that came with the product you purchased, the receipt or enclosed invoice, and the damaged product. (If you have lost the invoice, please contact us.)
Please note that in the following cases, repairs may be charged or we may refuse to repair the product.
- If you bring or mail the item without contacting us in advance.
- If the product is damaged due to use without following the instructions in the instruction manual.
