1. Important Notice
All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees imposed by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges must be paid before delivery.
Tax rates and regulations may change according to U.S. law.

Packages with non-English addresses may be delayed or returned.
Based on our store's Shipping Policy and the carriage terms of UPS and Japan Post, if a return shipment occurs due to the recipient's failure to pay duties or accept delivery, the product price and shipping fee will not be refunded.
2. Shipping Method
- Domestic Japan: Yamato Transport
- After export: UPS
The carrier switches automatically when the package leaves Japan.
3. How to Track Your Package
- Open the Yamato Transport tracking page.
- Click "Details".
- Your UPS tracking number will appear.
- Copy the UPS number and check your shipment status on the UPS tracking page:
https://www.ups.com/track
4. Customs Duty Payment (UPS PayNow)
After UPS completes customs clearance, a "PayNow" link will appear on the UPS tracking page. Please complete payment promptly.
If duties are not paid:
- Additional COD fees may be charged.
- UPS will attempt delivery several times.
- If delivery fails, the package will be returned to Japan.
5. If Your Package Is Returned
Return shipping costs are extremely high and may exceed the product price.
Based on our store's Shipping Policy and the carriage terms of UPS and Japan Post, if a return shipment occurs due to the recipient's failure to complete customs duties or accept delivery, the product price and shipping fee will not be refunded.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Approx. 5–10 business days after shipment.
