INSOLE IS004 (STYLE Type)
For standard models in the STYLE category such as Punch, Selwyn, Catania, etc. Genuine insole.
There are four sizes.

XS: 35-37 inches
S: 38-40 inches
M: 41-43 inches
L: 44-45 inches
◆How to adjust the insole size 1. Remove the enclosed backing and cut out the backing along the dotted line to the desired size.
② Place the cut-out backing on the underside (the side facing the ground) of the insole, which is placed horizontally on a desk or stand.
*Note: There are left and right insoles. Be careful not to make a mistake when placing the cut-out backing on the insole.
③ Trace the outer edge of the backing paper with a pen.
④ Cut along the traced lines using sharp scissors.
You can refresh your shoes by replacing the insoles.

* Regarding shipping : If you are purchasing 2 or less pairs of insoles, you can use Yamato Transport's "Nekoposu" service. Since you cannot select this option in the cart, please write "Nekoposu" in the comments section.
This applies only to payments made by credit card or bank transfer.
Other payment methods such as cash on delivery are not available.
Shipping fees for "Nekoposu" are 400 yen (tax included) nationwide. Since this is not calculated automatically, we will inform you of the correct amount in the shipping notification.
The parcel will be delivered to your mailbox regardless of whether you are at home or not. If you choose "Nekoposu" delivery, you cannot specify the delivery date or time.
Returns and exchanges
Defective goods, wrong delivery, lost or damaged parcels, etc.: Although every effort is made to manage and deliver the goods, in the unlikely event of damage or defacement, please notify us by e-mail or other means within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will immediately deliver a replacement or issue a refund. (Shipping and handling charges will be borne by the company).
The same applies in the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the item ordered and the item delivered.
In the event of a return or exchange due to the customer's reasons (e.g. preference, size change, etc.): The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs and actual payment charges.
All shoes sold in the shop are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. There are no products that are not laced.
We take great care to reproduce colours, but they may vary depending on the monitor or environment you are viewing them on. We ask for your understanding in the case of subtle differences in colour.
The shoes are manufactured by hand, so minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process.
In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that have actually been living creatures, and we cannot prevent individual differences in fine wrinkles, colour, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts.
Products that are not in our stock, but have been ordered by the customer. Sale-priced items. Products that have been in our stock for more than 7 days. Returns, exchanges and order cancellations for products that have been tried on outdoors cannot be accepted.

Delivery by traceable EMS within 2 working days of order confirmation. (Closed on Tuesdays Japan time).

China (excluding Hong Kong and Macau), South Korea and Taiwan: JPY 2,200.
Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia: JPY 3,150.
United States of America, Canada, Mexico: JPY6,000.
Direct delivery to countries and regions other than those listed above is currently not available.
Delivery times
Delivery is generally expected within 7 days of dispatch, depending on transport congestion and weather factors.
Taxes
Consumption tax in Japan is exempted, but the consignee (customer) is responsible for any customs duties and consumption taxes imposed depending on the transport area.
