PEREGRINE THE BEXLEY MJ106 BLACK Peregrine Bexley Jacket
Peregrine began as a hand-framed knitwear factory founded in 1796 on the outskirts of Leicester, an industrial city surrounded by rich nature in central England. The company has been passed down and developed by eight generations of the Glover family, and is one of the few comprehensive men's apparel manufacturers that still manufactures almost all of its products in factories within the UK.
The Bexley Jacket is made from waxed cotton produced by Harry Stephenson of Scotland, which is water-resistant, windproof, and durable, protecting the body and items in the pockets even in bad weather such as rain or strong winds, in order to faithfully reproduce the functionality and flavor of traditional British country wear.
Harry Stephenson is a textile factory based in the Scottish port city of Dundee that has been producing its own wax cotton since 1864 using traditional, natural ingredients that have a low environmental impact.
This material softens when the temperature is high and hardens when the temperature is low, automatically regulating the natural breathability of cotton, and the wax components that are soaked into it give it water-repellent properties.
In addition, the more you use it, the more natural wrinkles and changes will occur, giving it a more vintage flavor.
The design has been given a modern twist to give it a clean look, and I think you'll feel an indescribable coolness when you wear it.
The length of the garment varies from person to person, but it should cover your buttocks and not get in the way when sitting down.
The sturdy front zipper is a double zipper that can be opened from the top or bottom.
There is a gun shoulder patch on the right shoulder and elbow patches on both elbows made of the same material.
There is a neck strap around the neck to prevent cold wind from entering, and tucks on the back of both shoulders make it easier to move your arms.
There is one exterior pocket on the chest and two on each side, with flap pockets that have hooks and eyelets that fold down to prevent water from entering.
Inside, there is a large pocket on the back that can hold a 10-inch tablet (I think it would be nice to put a hand warmer in it during the cold season).
There is a zippered pocket on the front left and a 10-inch pocket on the lower front right.
Harry Stevenson's oil cotton has been improved over time so that it no longer feels so sticky or heavy, but as this product is used throughout, it still has a stickiness and weight that you won't feel with other materials.

Daily care involves only brushing; washing is generally not possible.
If you feel that the water-repellent properties have decreased, you can restore them by reapplying wax once every few years.
* We are currently procuring genuine Harry Stephenson wax directly from the local store. We will introduce it as soon as it arrives.
We re-inspect all products upon arrival and before shipping, but they are made in the UK in factories that follow traditional methods involving extensive manual labor, and unlike in Japan, small details such as slight distortions in stitching or loose threads that do not interfere with use are often not an issue. Please understand the characteristics of the product before purchasing.

Returns and exchanges
Defective goods, wrong delivery, lost or damaged parcels, etc.: Although every effort is made to manage and deliver the goods, in the unlikely event of damage or defacement, please notify us by e-mail or other means within 7 days of receipt of the goods. The shoes are manufactured by hand, so minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process.
In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that have actually been living creatures, and we cannot prevent individual differences in fine wrinkles, colour, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts.

Delivery times
Delivery is generally expected within 7 days of dispatch, depending on transport congestion and weather factors.
Taxes
Consumption tax in Japan is exempted, but the consignee (customer) is responsible for any customs duties and consumption taxes imposed depending on the transport area.
