Suzuki Ltd. (SUZUKI Clothing Store, field branch, hereinafter referred to as "our company") has been importing and selling only new products as an authorized importer and dealer since 1998.
After receiving the products, we carry out strict inspections based on our company regulations, affix product quality and washing instructions in Japanese in accordance with the Household Goods Quality Labeling Act, and sell them with our own warranty.
The sale of imported products that do not have quality labels in Japanese is against the law, and we will not handle them at all.

Command Knitwear and TW Kempton products that we handle will be repaired or replaced free of charge for two years from the date of purchase only if the defect is due to a material or manufacturing defect.
Please send us the warranty card and tag attached to the product you purchased, the receipt or enclosed invoice, and the damaged product after notifying us. (If you have lost the invoice, please contact us.)
Please note that in the following cases, there may be a charge or we may refuse to repair the product.
- If you bring it in or send it by mail without prior notice.
- If the product is damaged due to use without following the instructions in the instruction manual

Returns and exchanges
Defective goods, wrong delivery, lost or damaged parcels, etc.: Although every effort is made to manage and deliver the goods, in the unlikely event of damage or defacement, please notify us by e-mail or other means within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will immediately deliver a replacement or issue a refund. (Shipping and handling charges will be borne by the company).
The same applies in the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the item ordered and the item delivered.
In the event of a return or exchange due to the customer's reasons (e.g. preference, size change, etc.): The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs and actual payment charges.
All shoes sold in the shop are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. There are no products that are not laced.
We take great care to reproduce colours, but they may vary depending on the monitor or environment you are viewing them on. We ask for your understanding in the case of subtle differences in colour.
The shoes are manufactured by hand, so minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process.
In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that have actually been living creatures, and we cannot prevent individual differences in fine wrinkles, colour, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts.
Products that are not in our stock, but have been ordered by the customer. Sale-priced items. Products that have been in our stock for more than 7 days. Returns, exchanges and order cancellations for products that have been tried on outdoors cannot be accepted.

Delivery times
Delivery is generally expected within 7 days of dispatch, depending on transport congestion and weather factors.
