Only down that has been cleaned and processed at Kawada Feathers, a down processing manufacturer in Mie Prefecture, is used, and has excellent heat retention, insulation, elasticity, odourlessness and other qualities, as well as safety.
All sewing is carried out at the company's own factory, and each process, from blowing in the down to sewing, is carefully crafted by skilled artisans.

The outer material is made of AURORA-TEX, a high-function material that prevents rain and wind and at the same time allows the vapour emitted from the body, which causes wetness from the inside, to escape.
This material is made from ripstop nylon, which is resistant to tearing and friction, and coated with a porous polyurethane coating, which is not only highly functional but also smooth, wrinkle-resistant and resistant to unwanted crinkling noises.

The logo on the left chest is reflectorised to increase visibility and safety at night.
The inside cotton is made from Spanish white duck down. It has sufficient warmth retention.

Outer fabric: Auroratex R. Waterproof and breathable. Water pressure resistance 20000 mm/m2, breathability 6000 g/m2/24hrs.
Back fabric: 40dn nylon taffeta.
Inside pocket: brushed material (Solar Sensor)
Down filling: 90% Spanish duck down / 10% feathers (760FP)

All external fasteners are YKK fasteners with watertight tape.
Prevents water ingress through the zippers.
Double zippers not only on the front but also on the large out pockets on the sides.
The hood section is not removable.
The hood is also filled with down and in bad weather, the top and side drawcords can be pulled to prevent wind and rain from entering.

Returns and exchanges

Defective goods, wrong delivery, lost or damaged parcels, etc.: Although every effort is made to manage and deliver the goods, in the unlikely event of damage or defacement, please notify us by e-mail or other means within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will immediately deliver a replacement or issue a refund. (Shipping and handling charges will be borne by the company).
The same applies in the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the item ordered and the item delivered.

In the event of a return or exchange due to the customer's reasons (e.g. preference, size change, etc.): The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs and actual payment charges.

All shoes sold in the shop are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. There are no products that are not laced.
We take great care to reproduce colours, but they may vary depending on the monitor or environment you are viewing them on. We ask for your understanding in the case of subtle differences in colour.
The shoes are manufactured by hand, so minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process.
In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that have actually been living creatures, and we cannot prevent individual differences in fine wrinkles, colour, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts.
Products that are not in our stock, but have been ordered by the customer. Sale-priced items. Products that have been in our stock for more than 7 days. Returns, exchanges and order cancellations for products that have been tried on outdoors cannot be accepted.

Delivery times

Delivery is generally expected within 7 days of dispatch, depending on transport congestion and weather factors.

Taxes

Consumption tax in Japan is exempted, but the consignee (customer) is responsible for any customs duties and consumption taxes imposed depending on the transport area.

Accidents and loss during transport
