This new model features a classic 6-hole design, an upper characterized by thick steer leather lines on the sides, crafted with a Marathon last, and combined with an Art is sole.
The black version uses water-repellent recycled nylon for the upper material.
The velour material is also coordinated in the same color, exuding a luxurious vintage feel.
* Although the steer leather and velour leather parts are not water-repellent, it is perfectly fine to use a water-repellent spray on them.
The sole is a non-slip, court-style type used in models like Art is, and also boasts excellent abrasion resistance.
* Regarding sizing: It feels almost the same size as the new Marathon. It's standard among Patrick's models. For me, who wears a 43 in SULLY and KAPIT and a 42 in other models, the black version's material is a bit stiff, so a 42 feels a bit tight, and I prefer a 43.
* This product achieves its unique texture by applying special processing to natural leather.
Therefore, the leather color, wrinkles, and other textures will vary between parts, and there will always be small scratches, scuffs, color unevenness, irregularities, and pore marks.
Marks for accurate stitching may remain on the upper, but these will become less noticeable with use.
Furthermore, it is unavoidable that adhesive may scatter during sole bonding, so fine specks may be visible.
