Delivery by traceable Japan Post within 2 working days of order confirmation. (Closed on Tuesdays, Japan time)

Delivery Times

Delivery is generally expected within 4-14 days of dispatch, depending on transport congestion and weather factors.

Taxes

Consumption tax in Japan is exempted, but the consignee (customer) is responsible for any customs duties and consumption taxes imposed depending on the transport area.

Accidents and Loss During Transport

The Company, as the sender, is responsible for any damage or loss during transport. In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit, we will either send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective Goods, Wrong Delivery, etc.

We take all possible care in the management and delivery of our products, but in the unlikely event of damage or defacement, please notify us by email or other means within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will immediately deliver a replacement or issue a refund. (Shipping and handling charges will be borne by the company.)

The same applies in the unlikely event of a discrepancy between the item ordered and the item delivered.

Returns or Exchanges Due to Customer's Reasons (e.g., preference, size change, etc.)

The customer is responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs and actual payment charges.

Important Notes

  • All shoes sold in the shop are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. There are no products that are not laced.
  • We take great care to reproduce colours, but they may vary depending on the monitor or environment you are viewing them on. We ask for your understanding in the case of subtle differences in colour.
  • The shoes are manufactured by hand, so minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process. Given the nature of footwear that comes into direct contact with the ground outdoors, please understand that minor adhesions are acceptable.
  • In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that have actually been living creatures, and we cannot prevent individual differences in fine wrinkles, colour, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts. Please understand this as well.

Cases Where Returns, Exchanges, or Cancellations Cannot Be Accepted

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for the following items:

  • Products that are not in our stock, but have been ordered by the customer
  • Sale-priced items
  • Products more than 7 days after delivery
  • Products that have been tried on outdoors
