All customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges must be paid before delivery.

- Standard: Japan Post EMS
- Depending on weight and size, Yamato Transport + UPS may be used.

Hong Kong: Duty 0% / Tax 0%
Singapore: Duty 0% / GST 9%
Australia: Duty 0% / GST 10%
European Union: Duty 0% (EPA) / VAT 20–27%
United Kingdom: Duty 0% (EPA) / VAT 20%
Canada: Duty 0–18% / GST + Provincial Tax
New Zealand: Duty 0–10% / GST 15%
Korea: Duty 8–13% / VAT 10%

Note for Canada

Canada Customs may charge duties at different stages depending on the carrier:
- EMS (Japan Post): Duties are usually collected at delivery.
- UPS: Duties may be billed before delivery through UPS brokerage services.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Approx. 5–12 business days after shipment.

5. If Your Package Is Returned

Return shipping costs are high and may exceed the product price.
