The light grey parts of this sweater are made from 100% Welsh Mountain Sheep wool, just like the Park Ranger Sweater, while the dark brown parts are made from 100% Black Welsh Mountain Sheep wool, both undyed.

Welsh Mountain Sheep are a breed of sheep native to the Welsh mountains that has adapted to the harsh environment. They were once on the verge of extinction, but in the 1980s there was a growing movement to rediscover the unique texture and functionality of these sheep, and now they are raised and grazed in large numbers in natural environments.
Because the natural color is left as it is, it may have a strong gray or beige tone.

The shoulder joints are sewn with reinforcing fabric sandwiched in between.

Light Grey Welsh (undyed) *Lower half color 
This item features a soft color and a light, rough texture. It's knitted from Welsh Mountain Sheep wool, without dyeing it, preserving its natural color. The color is easy to coordinate with other items. Those with sensitive skin may experience some irritation around the neck. The wool contains short, thick, curly hairs, which gives it volume and volume.

Dark Brown (Black Welsh) (Undyed) *Lower half color
This knit is made from the dark brown wool of the Black Welsh Mountain Sheep, a miracle of nature. It's undyed and preserves its natural color. The wool contains some stiff, whitish hair, a characteristic of Welsh Mountain Sheep. The excess hair will naturally shed with use. The fabric has a light, rough texture. Those with sensitive skin may experience some tingling around the neck.

*Note: Hand washing is possible at home. Please do not use a dryer or hanger. (Of course, dry cleaning is also possible.)

*This sweater is designed for use in outdoor activities, and is knitted from wool that has been spun with some oils that are naturally contained in the wool remaining in order to maintain its warmth and water-repellent properties.As a result, the smell of the oils may seem like an animal odor at first.
(If you squeeze the product, you may feel a slight amount of oil. This is natural oil from the wool.)
The smell will naturally fade over time, but if it bothers you, try spreading it out flat and letting it air out in a well-ventilated, shaded area. The smell should go away after a while. (We recommend leaving it in the same position as dried fish.)
The smell caused by oil and grease is a characteristic of the product, so we appreciate your understanding.

If you are concerned about the condition, dry cleaning is possible, but we do not recommend it as it will remove oils and grease. We recommend washing in cold or lukewarm water as described in the "Washing Instructions" enclosed with the product.

We take all possible care in product management and delivery, but if there is any damage or defacement, please notify us by email or other means within 7 days of receiving the product.

Costs for Exchange/Return

In cases of defective products, wrong delivery, or other issues for which we are responsible, all costs will be borne by our company.

Items that our store or the manufacturer determines are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process, production method, or material characteristics (e.g., minor scratches, dents, or color variations on products using natural leather) may not be accepted.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you send us photos taken with a digital camera in advance, we can make a preliminary judgment at that time.

Important Notes

• All shoes sold in our store are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. There are no products that are not laced.
• We take great care to reproduce colors accurately, but they may vary depending on the monitor or environment you are viewing them on. We ask for your understanding regarding subtle color differences.
• Since shoes are manufactured by hand, minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process. Given the nature of footwear that comes into direct contact with the ground outdoors, please understand that minor adhesions are acceptable.
• In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that were once living creatures, and individual differences in fine wrinkles, color, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts cannot be prevented. Please understand this as well.

Our Definition of Unused Products

Products that have been tried on or tried on after arrival, taking care not to wrinkle them indoors.

For Shoes:

• For lace-up shoes, first loosen the laces, put them on using a shoehorn, tighten the laces, and then stand still for a while to check if there are any pressure points.
• After that, walk a few steps slowly to check if the heel lifts.

For Clothing:

• For sweaters, jackets, outerwear, etc., please try them on over clean, thin clothing, being careful of tags, etc.
• We cannot accept exchanges for items that are judged to have pet hair, cigarette odor, etc. attached.
• Please refrain from trying on items such as T-shirts and socks that are worn directly on bare skin.
