I usually wear 42 inch Patrick shoes (except for Sully Marathon), 26.5cm for regular sneakers, and 26.0cm for leather shoes, and I found this model to be just the right size and roomy at 42 inch (26.5cm).

Since this is an imported product, the shoe box may be slightly deformed.
