Marathon Leather Limited Upper
A limited upper version of the popular classic model "Marathon."
Marathon × Relax = Marax.
The upper uses very soft, naturally wrinkled soft steer leather, the upper lining is made of a soft nylon material different from the usual Marathon, and the insole is a vintage type, intentionally the same as the Stadium or Iris/Pamir models. It is very light and offers a great fit.
The opening is combined with pig leather, providing both practicality and a luxurious feel.
The combination features an off-white upper with blue-gray lines, white shoelaces, off-white and sand beige midsoles, a natural outsole, and a silver-gray pig leather opening. This is a limited production upper.
* The wrinkles on the upper are always present and vary from pair to pair, which is part of the design.
After removing dirt from the leather parts, maintain them with emulsified shoe cream. For the velour parts, only brush them; do not apply cream. It is fine to use water-repellent spray over the entire shoe.
* Regarding sizing: While individual perceptions may vary, the Marathon used to be one of Patrick's slimmest and most compact models. However, the lasting process during manufacturing has been adjusted, making it slightly roomier than before. This particular model feels especially roomy because the upper, including the lining, is very soft, and the insole is a vintage type, which is slightly thinner than the Marathon type.
* This product uses natural leather. Therefore, there may be individual differences such as variations in leather color and texture between parts, small scratches, wrinkles, grains, or unevenness.
Wrinkles almost always appear on the upper part of the heel when it is removed from the last during manufacturing. This is part of the specifications.
Additionally, the possibility of adhesive scattering during sole bonding is unavoidable, so fine scattering may be observed.
