This model is actually delivered to the Royal Navy (British Navy).

It has been used by many public institutions for many years and is a genuine sweater that is light, easy to move in, durable, warm and approved by professionals.

753 is a V-neck type with epaulettes. The material and stitching are exactly the same as 700 and 701.

It is made of ribbed knit that fits the body well to prevent cold wind from entering and can be worn as an inner layer, and has reinforced patches made of a polyester-cotton blend on the shoulders and elbows.

Since it is worn in formal occasions, it has a slightly deeper V-neck design to fit the tie and look good.

They wear insignia on their shoulder boards indicating their rank and affiliation.

The elegant and calm deep navy is easy to match and gives off a refined impression.

It can also be washed at home using natural soap.

Although it does not come with a MOD tag, it is of the exact same quality as the items actually used by the military.

The "WOOLLY PULLY" tag is a brand tag used by KEMPTON CLOTHING, the parent company of COMMANDO KNITWEAR, to sell MOD-spec products for civilian use.

*This sweater is designed for use in outdoor activities, and in order to maintain its warmth and water-repellent properties, it has been knitted from wool that has been spun with the oils that are naturally contained in the wool still intact. Therefore, at first, the smell of the oils may seem like an animal odor.
(If you squeeze the product, you may feel a slight amount of oil. This is natural oil from the wool.)
The smell will naturally fade over time, but if it bothers you, try spreading it out flat and letting it air out in a well-ventilated, shaded area. The smell should go away after a while. (We recommend leaving it in the same position as dried fish.)
The smell caused by oil and grease is a characteristic of the product, so we appreciate your understanding.

If you are concerned about the condition, dry cleaning is possible, but we do not recommend it as it will remove oils and grease. We recommend washing in cold or lukewarm water as described in the "Washing Instructions" enclosed with the product.

Suzuki Ltd. (SUZUKI Clothing Store, fieldbranch, hereinafter referred to as "our company") has been an authorized importer and retailer of only new products since 1998.

After receiving the products, we carry out strict inspections in accordance with our company regulations, attach product quality and washing instructions in Japanese in accordance with the Household Goods Quality Labeling Act, and sell them with our own guarantee.

We will repair or replace Command Knitwear and TW Kempton products free of charge for two years from the date of purchase, provided that the defect is due to a material or manufacturing defect.

Please note that in the following cases, repairs may be charged or we may refuse to repair the product.

- If you bring or mail the item without contacting us in advance.

① Defective Products or Wrong Delivery (Our Responsibility)

We take all possible care in product management and delivery, but if there is any damage or defacement, please notify us by email or other means within 7 days of receiving the product.
We will immediately arrange a replacement or refund. (Fees borne by our store)
In the unlikely event that the product delivered differs from your order, we will handle it in the same manner.

Costs for Exchange/Return

In cases of defective products, wrong delivery, or other issues for which we are responsible, all costs will be borne by our company.

Cases We Cannot Determine as Defective

Items that our store or the manufacturer determines are unavoidable due to the manufacturing process, production method, or material characteristics (e.g., minor scratches, dents, or color variations on products using natural leather) may not be accepted.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you send us photos taken with a digital camera in advance, we can make a preliminary judgment at that time.

Important Notes

• All shoes sold in our store are laced and inspected upon arrival before shipping. There are no products that are not laced.
• We take great care to reproduce colors accurately, but they may vary depending on the monitor or environment you are viewing them on. We ask for your understanding regarding subtle color differences.
• Since shoes are manufactured by hand, minute splashes of adhesive cannot be avoided in the manufacturing process. Given the nature of footwear that comes into direct contact with the ground outdoors, please understand that minor adhesions are acceptable.
• In the case of products using natural leather, they are processed from natural materials that were once living creatures, and individual differences in fine wrinkles, color, texture, gloss, etc., or subtle differences between parts cannot be prevented. Please understand this as well.

② Product Exchange Due to Customer's Reasons (Size Exchange, etc.)

We accept exchanges within 1 week of product arrival, limited to unused items (excluding defective products) except for trying on in a clean indoor environment.

Details of the exchange will vary depending on stock availability, so we will contact you with further information.
In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products more than 1 week after arrival.
In addition, we cannot accept returns or order cancellations for products that were ordered at your request (not in our stock) or products sold at sale prices.

• In the case of product exchange due to customer's reasons (size, etc.), all costs including round-trip shipping and customs duties (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

In principle, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products more than 1 week after arrival.

Costs for Return

In the case of returns due to customer's reasons (cancellation after shipment), please bear the following costs:

Our Definition of Unused Products

Products that have been tried on or tried on after arrival, taking care not to wrinkle them indoors.

For Shoes:

• For lace-up shoes, first loosen the laces, put them on using a shoehorn, tighten the laces, and then stand still for a while to check if there are any pressure points.
• After that, walk a few steps slowly to check if the heel lifts.

For Clothing:

• For sweaters, jackets, outerwear, etc., please try them on over clean, thin clothing, being careful of tags, etc.
• We cannot accept exchanges for items that are judged to have pet hair, cigarette odor, etc. attached.
• Please refrain from trying on items such as T-shirts and socks that are worn directly on bare skin.

Packaging

We use reusable boxes of various sizes depending on the product and contents.

We strive to minimize packaging waste (cushioning materials) when shipping.

To ensure you can immediately identify your items upon opening, we always lace shoes, fold the edge of packing tape for easy removal, pay attention to packaging orientation, and work daily with care to ensure you receive your items as pleasantly as possible.
